今回はジムニー（JA12,JA22,JB32）にステンレス製のフロント補強バーを取り付けたので、その工程を紹介していきます。
フロント補強バーの購入
とあるフリマアプリで何かジムニーに取り付けられる面白いパーツがないか探していると…
はっ ∑(ﾟДﾟ!?
フロント補強バー３点セットが目につきました。
JA11やJB23用や新型（JB64,74）の室内補強バーもありましたd(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
これは取り付けてみたい…と思いつつ、色々と調べてみると
どうやらリア側の補強バーは座席がある状態だと頭をぶつけてしまうくらい低いので無理そう。
リアの補強バーはシートベルトの位置にパイプを加工して取り付けられないか調べてみましたが
ネジ穴が斜め下を向いてるので、取り付けたとしてもバーの根元に角度がつくと補強する意味はなさそう…
ということで…
今回はフロントの補強バーのみ購入して取り付けてみることにしました。
車体に穴を開ける必要もなくドライバー1本で取り付けられますd(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
フロント補強バーの取り付け
購入したフロント補強バーを取り付けていきます。
注文して2日ほどで到着。梱包もしっかりしてて、補強バーの溶接部分も綺麗でした。
取り付け方法が書いてある説明書もめちゃくちゃわかりやすいです。
まずはサンバイザーを左右２つとも外します。
サンバイザーを取り外した後のネジ部分に補強バーを付属のネジで固定します。
ルームミラーに干渉しない設計になっているので、ワイドミラーを取り付けてても全く問題ありません。
補強バーの手前側のネジ穴に取り外したネジごとサンバイザーを取り付けます。
サンバイザーの見た目や動きは全く問題ありません。
完成!! めちゃくちゃ簡単でした。
最後に
フロント補強バーを取り付けた後は「ボディー剛性が強化され、走行が安定しました!! 」なんてことはわかるはずもなく
ひっそりとカスタム感が増しましたw
走行や乗り心地に関して、特に変わったことはないですが、少なからずフロント部分の剛性は強化され、カスタム感が出て見た目もいい感じになりました。
取り付けも簡単なので、興味のある方はぜひお試しください。
